Imagine: Whilst feeding your child, they start coughing and appear unable to breathe.  You have tried slapping them firmly between the shoulder blades, but with no success.  They seem close to losing consciousness, their lips are turning a definite shade of blue...

People rarely give first aid a thought, until the day they need it.  The above incident is the sort of everyday occurrence that could so easily lead to tragedy.  With correct first aid training anyone could, in the short term (until the arrival of the emergency services) save a life.

Actual First Aid is approved and monitored by the Health and Safety Executive (HSE) to provide Paediatric First Aid and First Aid at Work training in England, Scotland and Wales under the Health and Safety (First Aid) Regulations, 1981.  The Paediatric First Aid course is also OFSTED recognised.  We are also fully compliant with the latest Resuscitation Council UK regulations.
