Introduction

This course has been designed to meet the specifications as laid out in National Standard 1 of the Care Standards Act 2000.

The certificate gained from this course is the equivalent of the Red Cross Paediatric First Aid Training, as recommended by OFSTED. Upon successful completion of the course each candidate will be awarded a certificate under the Health and Safety Regulations Act (First Aid) 1981 which will be valid for three years from the date of issue.
