Terms and Conditions
Group Size
Unless otherwise advised a group will consist of up to 14 candidates. Additional placements will be charged at 10% of the course price + VAT.
Cancellation Policy
If up to 24 hours of advance notice is given, no charge applies. If less than 24 hours or no advance notice is given, the full invoice price still applies.
Payments
Payment should be made for all first aid training courses within 30 days of receiving invoice. Please remember to send payment remittance. Payment should be made by cheque, crossed and made payable to 'Actual First Aid Ltd'.
